How can I book an appointment at the salon?
You can book online any time on our booking page: pick the service, the stylist and a free time slot that suits you. If you would rather talk to us, call 0771 107 948, Monday to Friday 9:00-20:00 and Saturday 9:00-15:00. We recommend booking ahead, especially for coloring and extension services, so we can offer you the time you want.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule at no cost. Just let us know in advance, on 0771 107 948, so we can offer the slot to someone else who is waiting.
Do I need to pay in advance?
You do not. Booking online asks for no prepayment and no card. You pay at the salon, once your service is done and you are happy with the result.
Will I get a reminder for my appointment?
Yes, all clients receive an automatic SMS reminder 24 hours before their appointment through Scisso, our appointment management system. You don't need to do anything, the reminder is sent automatically.
Is there parking available near the salon?
Yes, there is public parking on Bv. Constantin Brâncoveanu, directly in front of Before & After salon in Timișoara. On Saturdays parking is free all day. Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 20:00, parking is paid. We recommend arriving a few minutes early, especially on busy days, to secure a convenient spot.
